Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

At Faniel Eyewear, your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we accept return, exchange or refund requests under certain conditions, within 30 days of receiving your order.

You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

Products must be returned in new condition, showing no signs of wear or damage, and in their original packaging, including the eyewear box. All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if these conditions are not met.


Produits admissibles

All products sold on our online store may be refunded or exchanged, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. If a product is excluded from our return policy, this will be clearly mentioned in the product description.


Produits défectueux ou erreurs de commande

If the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if an error occurred on our part, we will cover all costs related to return shipping, packaging, and replacement. Proof of purchase is required, along with at least one photo of the product in question.

We may request additional information as needed to fully assess the situation.

Our return request processing hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (EST).

We will then provide the procedure to follow, along with a return shipping label to print.


Frais de retour

  • If the return is due to our error: all return, shipping and packaging fees will be covered by us.

  • If the return is voluntary (e.g. change of mind, different model choice): all shipping and packaging fees are the responsibility of the customer.
    📦 To help reduce the environmental impact of unnecessary transport, return fees for voluntary returns are the customer’s responsibility.


Échanges et remboursements

  • Exchanges can be made for a product of equal or greater value (the price difference will apply).

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Return processing may take up to 14 business days after receiving the product. The refund or exchange will only be confirmed once the returned product has been inspected and approved.
