At Faniel Eyewear, your satisfaction is important to us. That’s why we accept requests for returns, exchanges or refunds under certain conditions, within 30 days of receipt of your order.

You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of receipt of your order.
Products must be returned in new condition, with no signs of wear or damage, and in their original packaging, including the frame box. All returns are subject to verification of product condition upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if these conditions are not met.
Produits admissibles
All products sold in our online store can be refunded or exchanged, unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase. If a product is excluded from our policy, this will be clearly stated in the offer description.
Produits défectueux ou erreurs de commande
If the product is defective, damaged on receipt or if an error has been made on our part, we will cover the full cost of return, packaging and replacement. Proof of purchase will be required, as well as at least one photo of the product concerned.
If necessary, we may ask you for additional information in order to properly assess the situation.

We will then provide you with the procedure to follow and a return label to print out.

If the return is due to an error on our part: all costs (return, shipping, packaging) are at our expense.

If the return is voluntary (change of mind, choice of model, etc.): shipping and packaging costs are entirely at the customer’s expense.
📦 In order to reduce the ecological footprint of unnecessary transport, the cost of voluntary returns is borne by the customer.

An exchange can be made for a product of the same or higher value (the difference will be payable).

The refund will be made by the same method of payment used at the time of purchase.

Returns may take up to 14 business days to process. A refund or exchange will be confirmed only after inspection of the product.
